How much space and power does an exhibition coffee bar need?
The bar is fully self-contained and needs no plumbing — no water supply and no drainage. Space and power requirements depend on the service option you choose, so we confirm the exact footprint and power spec for your stand when we prepare your quote.
How long does set-up take?
Allow a minimum of 2.5 hours to load in and set up. For exhibitions we prefer to set up the day before wherever the venue schedule allows, so your stand opens with the bar polished and ready.
Can the bar be branded to match our stand?
Yes — branded bar panels, custom-printed cups, branded aprons, napkins and stirrers, plus our coffee printer, which prints your logo directly into the foam. Each branding option is itemised in your quote so you choose exactly what works for your stand.
Do you work at exhibitions outside the UK?
Yes. We have served events in 33 countries — Berlin, Paris, Dubai, Hong Kong, Amsterdam and beyond — with the same team and the same standard. Multi-city roadshows are quoted as a single programme.
