We have served 832 conferences, from single-day summits to multi-day programmes. Our baristas serve perfect espressos, cappuccinos and lattes at pace, and the bar itself — self-contained, no plumbing — drops into almost any foyer, atrium or breakout space. Where the schedule calls for it, we set up the day before so doors open with the bar ready.
The bar can also carry a brand: yours, or a sponsor's — on the panels, the cups, the aprons, and printed into the foam itself.

Where does the bar go in a conference venue?
Wherever your delegates gather — typically the foyer or networking area. The bar is self-contained with no plumbing required, so it can be positioned in almost any foyer, atrium or breakout space the venue approves.
Can you serve a multi-day conference?
Yes — our quote is built around your exact days and hours of service, so a three-day programme is quoted as one. Tell us the days, total hours and guests per day in the quote form and the proposal covers the whole run.
Can a sponsor brand the coffee bar?
Yes. Branded bar panels, custom cups, aprons and our foam logo printer let a sponsor own the most visited corner of the venue. Each branding option is itemised in your quote.
How far in advance should we book?
We can usually accommodate most dates with a little notice. Put your date into the quote form and we will confirm availability alongside your tailored quote.
